Perfect for accommodating multiple families, with two kitchens with stainless steel appliances, over-sized granite kitchen island, 3 Refrigerators, crystal clear Scotsman ice maker, two laundry rooms, and two entertainment centers. Upstairs and downstairs can be separated into two house plans with separate entrances. Year-round water. Wrap around porch with lake view from every angle. Over-sized 50' x 14' deck for entertaining. Separate huge covered patio with ceiling fans. Portable speaker offered to enjoy in the house and on the dock. Large, furnished screened-in recreational porch. Custom dock available for use. Includes space to tie up a boat. Includes a pier for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. 3 of the 5 bedrooms feature 50" flat screen TVs with satellite, and in-room sound. All bedrooms feature upscale designer furniture with comfortable, premium mattresses.
